The term ‘Self-love’ can sound like a marketing gimmick, but how can we practice it irl?


Valentine’s Day can be a wonderful occasion to celebrate and manifest the love from within. But with an influx of expectations from peers, loved ones and even family- the whole purpose of the occasion can sometimes get lost in translation.
